Our products are created in limited edition runs and designed to deliver a truly personal ritual. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

Games, including Dare To Commune: Once the seal is broken or the box has been opened, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Fragrances: For safety and quality reasons, opened fragrances are non-returnable. If your fragrance arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Unopened Items: If your product remains sealed and unused, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
